HKRM’s founding and governance leadership combines cross-sector business experience with a long-term industry vision to support the clinical translation of regenerative medicine and stem cell innovation.
Mr. Cheng Chi-Heng, Conroy is Chairman and Co-Founder of HKRM. He is Vice-chairman and Executive Director of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited, and a director of Chow Tai Fook (Holding) Limited and Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited. He also serves as a Non-executive Director of New World Development Company Limited. With extensive experience in corporate strategy, transformation, investment and cross-sector business development, Mr. Cheng supports HKRM’s mission to advance regenerative medicine and stem cell innovation in Hong Kong and beyond.
Mr. Sy Ming Yiu, Stanley is Co-Founder and CEO of HKRM. He has more than a decade of experience in biotechnology, oncology diagnostics and innovative healthcare. A biomedical engineering graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he previously worked at Prince of Wales Hospital and later led Sanomics Limited as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. He also founded Aurora Tele-Oncology Limited and Alpha Life Company Limited. At HKRM, Mr. Sy drives business strategy, clinical translation and partnerships to advance stem cell research and applications.
