Obtained approval from the Hong Kong Department of Health to commence construction of Hong Kong’s first PIC/S GMP-compliant allogeneic MSC manufacturing facility at Hong Kong Science Park.

Successfully closed Series A funding round, accelerating facility construction and expanding the research and development pipeline for allogeneic MSC therapies.

Closed Series A+ funding round, demonstrating continued investor confidence and supporting the final stages of facility commissioning and GMP certification.

Secured an exclusive licensing agreement from a leading Beijing stem cell company for an ACLP (Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure) Phase II clinical pipeline, significantly expanding HKRM’s therapeutic portfolio.

A historic milestone — HKRM officially received its manufacturing licence from the Hong Kong Department of Health, becoming the first and only licensed PIC/S GMP allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell manufacturer in Hong Kong.
